Privacy policy

This policy explains how EXEC SOLUTION processes personal data sent through the forms on exec-solution.com, in accordance with the Law of Montenegro on Personal Data Protection.

Who processes the data

What data we collect

Through the request form:

  • first and last name;
  • the contacts you provide: email, phone, Telegram username;
  • the text of the request.

We do not ask for any other data. Please do not include information in the request that is not needed to discuss the task.

Why we process it

To reply to your request and discuss the project. The data is not used for advertising or mailings.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Where the data is stored and who receives it

  • Requests are stored in a database on the servers used by the company.
  • The text of the request is forwarded to the company’s Telegram bot so that the team sees the request. The data is then also processed by the Telegram service, whose servers may be located outside Montenegro.
  • We do not sell the data or pass it on to other third parties.

How long we keep the data

12 months from the date of the request. After that, the request and the related Telegram messages are deleted. On a deletion request, this happens earlier.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • find out what data about you we store;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • withdraw your consent;
  • file a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro.

How to delete your data

Write to contact@exec-solution.com and include the name and contacts you used in your request. We will delete the data and reply to your email. The email is used only for this purpose.

Cookies and browser storage

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers the site language until the browser is closed, and the selected colour theme is kept in the browser’s local storage. This data is not passed on to third parties.

The current version is always published on this page; its date is shown at the top.
